We purchased an oven from IFT a year ago and it is the best decision we have made. I am a fairly new pizza maker and the oven is reliable, easy to use and extremely intuitive. The company also offers wrap-around services like pizza-making courses.....which I participated in! We opened our new brewery tap room at Red Bird Brewing in Kelowna, BC with seating for 100 inside and 200 outside on the patio, so we needed a reliable Italian pizza oven that could crank out pizzas. With help from Francesco at Italiana, we selected the Milano model with the rotating bed and gas/wood combo heating. Almost one year in now, we have had nothing but amazing experiences with our oven and many of our customers claim they have had the best pizza of their lives at our place. The service and training we got from Italiana is first rate and their pizza school was well worth attending before we opened.
