This is by far the rudest store we have ever dealt with. I should’ve have followed my gut and not used themsince we’ve had several bad experiences in the past with them. My husband ordered a centrepiece and arranged to pick it up on Dec 23rd. He got busy and forgot. While most businesses would take the 30 seconds to place a courtesy phone call as a reminder, this “business” couldn’t be bothered and they closed up their shop on the 24th knowing that my Christmas centrepiece was sitting in their fridge. It wouldn’t have taken them any time at all to be polite but I have come to realize that this woman is incapable of that. He wrote them a pleasant email and what he received back was disgusting. No aplologies, no understanding...just the rude behaviour we are accustomed to. I’m not surprised they have so many negative reviews. Please don’t ever use this flower shop. You’ll be nothing but disappointed.

I ordered flowers for my husband's funeral. It was a very difficult thing for me to do and my experience was not pleasant. I wanted blue and white and was quickly told blue is hard to get, almost impossible this time of year. I know this is wrong because I received a beautiful arrangement from my employer, all blue and white. I didn't leave, wish I did but I was not in the mood to go all-over the place . She said they didn't have a lot of inventory and expected more Monday.. funeral was Monday morning (yesterday) I chose a bouquet anywayAsked her to please just make it beautiful. Then she wasn't happy I needed it delivered to the church before 10 am. Didn't know of it was possible. Said she will call...went ahead and charged me. In hindsight I should have walked out. The flowers arrived 10 minutes before the funeral began, too close for comfort and the small amount of blue she put in were brown on the edges and wilted. She said she would add red roses, 4 added and not arranged pretty, all put in one side so it didn't look even. For 75 dollars plus delivery and tax , over 100 dollars im not happy. I will never use them again nor recommend them. During such a difficult time in my life you would think they would put a little more effort into it. Have been using the Blossom shop now for several years and they never disappoint! The arrangements are always gorgeous, the customer service is fantastic and they are always super helpful if you need some advice on what to order. Today on very short notice, placed an online order sending a photo of the arrangements needed, they arrived within the hour and were absolutely perfect! It made my bosses very happy! Thank you Blossom Shop for always going above and beyond!

For an industry that runs on customer service and satisfaction the Sackville shop truely doesn't get it. With many flower shop options in the area choose wisely. Orders are requested to meet an occasion on a certain time and date that's it. That's what a customer expects when they order. So when I order flowers to be delivered on a Friday for my grandmother's 104th birthday party and you don't provide that service you can hopefully see the issue. My feeling after calling on Saturday to see where the order is that you truely don't get it. The excuse was... Wait for it do you know how much construction there is in the area" no apology nothing. She truly believes that was a valid excuse not to deliver on the requested date. Not even a call they just closed and thought it is fine if it got there Saturday. How can they in good conscience treat customers like this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They don't deserve your patronage .Follow Up:Here is the update after I left the less then favorable review. It now appears that construction traffic wasn’t responsible for the delivery not making it on schedule. It now has changed to they didn’t have the right address to deliver to but without reaching out to inquire for a verification of the address they magically delivered it to the right spot on Saturday. To be clear I am not looking for anything back only to highlight my experience so you can decide if your willing to take the risk."

I went here today and ordered flowers for a 80th birthday party this coming weekend. My flowers will be delivered on Sat and can't wait to see a picture of them but the service I received today was great! If all goes well on Sat and the flowers look good then I will definitely go back. P.S. This was my first visit here but no complaints

I have used Blossom in Sackville for several years now and they have never disappointed. I have always left the arrangements up to them and I'm extremely impressed every time....and my wife even more :-)Recently, just before Mother's Day, I purchased an arrangement for my wife and had asked for them to be delivered on a Friday The day before they were to be delivered, I was advised by my wife that should had got the next day off (therefore, she wouldn't be at work to receive her flowers). I called up the shop and told them of the change of plans and begged for their help haha. The staff advised me that she would have to look into it to see if they could squeeze me in, but before she could call me back, I received a picture from my wife thanking me for the flowers!Thanks Blossom for being awesome and making it work for me.Mark

Brought my mom in to purchase a wreath for my father's funeral. The person helping us had all the tact and situational awareness of somebody taking a pizza order. Of all of the experiences with officials, retailers etc involved in the arrangements this stood out as beyond the worst. Will let everyone know. My mom's flowers will come from elsewhere when the day arrives.

This was an absolutely horible experience.After I placed my order they called me to advise me their website was incorrect and I owed them more money.Ordered for anniversary on June 22. They delivered june 21 by mistake…Was supposed to be a surprise they called ahead to make an appointment with my wife…The $45 dollar of premium local wine was a $16 dollar bottle of apothic red from California…Pathetic…
