Contacted David to re-align a gutter in the winter on a tight timeframe due to having to leave for an extened time for a family emergency. He came by promptly to estimate, scheduled the next warm day to do it. Great.Day before he pushes an expensive system to de-ice the roof which was not suited for my needs. He even hung up on me during the call discussing it. Then texts me that he'd come by anyways.Spent a couple hours preparing to remove an icedam and preparing the property for access. Day of he texts to cancelled at the hour of the appointment then went unresponsive.Totally left me in a bind, unreliable, unprofessional and just plain mean.

I called in the morning as I had some shingles removed by the wind.That afternoon they were there repaired my roof and this was not a roof they had put on. Super nice people cleaned up after. I'm very happy and would highly recommend. I've had some shady roofers over the years but Meredith and Dave are great!

David addressed the fact that my bathroom was not exhausting properly by installing a new vent in my roof and an insulated flex line from said vent to my ceiling fan. He is easy to talk to and good at explaining things. I liked the fact that he did what he said he was going to do with respect to the whole process.
