The worst transfer center ever. Came to do a transfer to one friend in another country, firstly they asked me to provide 3 last payslips from my employer as well as bank proof of cash withdraw. Are they serious????? have they ever heard about salary non-disclosure???? After few minutes of useless discussion they told that they can't do the transfer at all because if the beneficiary person is not my close relative they will block my transaction! I told that I sent transfers from another RIA stores for years, manager's store answer - go there so and do you transaction from the store where it was not blocked! just unbelievable! it's like they said me fk you off!". the worst of worst services ever what I saw in my life. Avoid this place at all price"

Envoyez de l'argent ça marche, mais en recevoir pour faire le retrait c'est toujours des soucis et jamais clean vraiment je vais essayer plutôt avec MoneyGram ou western union

Why does it say its open 24h when its not? On sunday online it says open , i drove to the place and it was closed.Ria transfert here in longueuil is the worst. The customer service is average and it's close randomly.Wouldn't mind travelling all the way to montreal next time!Dont recommend!

Complètement inutile comme service, veulent geler mon chèque de remboursement du gouvernement 5 jours. Pourquoi je paierais des frais à cet endroit si ils gèlent le chèque comme ma banque où je pourrais le déposer sans frais? Ils doivent sûrement viser comme clientèle ceux qui n'ont pas de compte de banque et qu'ils n'ont pas le choix d'aller à cet endroit pour encaisser leurs chèques...

Je vais à cette succursale depuis près de 3 ans et j'ai toujours reçu un service professionnel et courtois, en plus de superbes sourires, j'en profite pour souhaiter de joyeuses fêtes à tout les membres du personnel

Simple store where you can send and receive money.It's the same as western union. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just make sure you call before you go there because some times they close early especially during holidays.
