I've been in smoking apartments before and no issue on smoke coming into the apartment from other places. But this place must have holes all thru it smoke comes in really smell it so bad had to get a air purifier and still smell it. Will be moving after lease is done. You also smell what ever is being cooked that day in the hallways. I would rate this place a minus 10

A good place to live near the university and in front of the bus stop. Tim Hortons and Windy's are really close. The rent should have been lower than what it is.
