Staff is helpful, my dad mistaken to get there a month before the appointment and a nice gentleman took care of his car. They are really courteous and service oriented.They also provide free drop-off & pick-up service. Really glad we bought from Myers Toyota Barrhaven.

Not recommended at all.Not honest, not professional, and taking so long (3hrs for oil change)After few days, I’m getting a “maintenance required soon” msg on my car dash!

Don't go for full maintenance service other than Oil change. It's waste of money.The staff is nice but at the end your vehicle doesn't look nicer (just as it is, lol).

Service at Toyota was always 5☆ pre-covid and with the excellent staff at that time. They slipped a lot since then but have crept back up enough to warrant 4☆ now.
