Ward's Island Ferry Dock
Ferry was okay okay and rush was there so the frozen view was not so clear and it took around 15-20 min to reach the island and very fews seats are available to seat and once its full the security’s will not allow you to go inside even when its very cold. But we went only because it was the only one ferry available and wanted to experience the frozen lake.

Nice view of the Toronto skyline, short wait time with a warming shed for those who need it, and a ferry that wasn't packed - nothing to complain about!

Less crowded than Centre Island dock and only half an hour walk away. If the road is flooded, you walk left up to the boardwalk.

This dock is the gateway to my favorite two islands in the system (Wards and Algonquin). Super laid back atmosphere enhanced by the lack of crowds that you find at Centre Island. Definitely worth visiting

Just want to say big THANK YOU! To the residences on the island, we came for Trick or Treat on Halloween night with our kids, this is our first time to come for Trick or Treating, because we heard from other parents it’s was fun and safe for kids here, I was embarrassed that get candy from other’s neighbor, because we live in an Condo apartment, my kid read all about “knock knock” in the book or on TV for Halloween that I really want them experienced the traditional way, they had great night here, the people are so nice, the decoration was amazing, thanks again!
