Ordered the 33 dollars package: French fries soak in or fry in a 3 days old OIL so with the chicken. Colleslaw is good and the usual scone. If the Captain will be awaken he will be disappointed by downgrading his precious products. That's all folks, think it over about the progress of your business.

I purchased twister chicken wrap and popcorn chicken from this location, it was the worst kfc food i ever had. Made my stomach upset multiple times, i can't eat my meals properly, still recovering from it it's been 3 days now...I would not even give one STAR to the staff who was working on thursday april 27, 2023. Don't feed old, greasy food to customers. Really Disappointed... never eating kfc for sure.I would diffently reach out to community, fraser health, the Canadian food inspection Agency.

I swear to God that when you use a coupon they find the smallest pieces of chicken to give you and my large box of fries was about 1/2 full. To top it off, it looks like they left the neck on in one of the pieces of chicken. I ordered using the app and gave them 45min before I picked up the order and yet I still had to wait 10 mins before my order was ready.

Look at the chicken portion. Barely half the size of the bun. They used to have a larger serving of chicken.

so I went to kfc today ordered a big box combo they asked what salad I said macaroni and then they ask spicy or not I said not spicy we get to the window n they had are drinks ready but they never asked what we wanted for drinks. we get home my macaroni is missing so I call about that they said they will give me a large okay thanks lol then take a bite of my burger it's spicy my stomach dose not agree with spicy I call back 4 times finally some lady answers I said I just got a burger n it's spicy they told me to put ketchup on It then I said it's still spicy n I don't want ketchup on my burger then she says drink water n hangs up

Honestly I love KFC, but their order mess ups are getting out of hand. My last 2 trips I’ve had errors on 3 items. You call to speak with the store employees and they cannot help at all in terms or resolving any issues,Or even offer to correct the order. I don’t need my money back, I would like the food I ordered initially. I have boys who don’t like lettuce and they are picky so I get stuck with 2 meals they won’t eat.

Food was great, delicious even, and the staff were very kind and understanding. With it being such an old and busy restaurant, everyone seemed to be working very hard for good customer satisfaction. Would recommend.

Black uniform guy was worst customer service. I got half my order the guy said thanks for coming and walked away and didn’t come back. I waited for a few minutes for him to return and then when the girl cashier came up I told her that I didn’t get any of my fries, corn and potato salad. then I have to wait another 5 minutes for them to make hot fries. There was a Crack addict in restaurant and It wasn’t until one of the girls came to the cashier and finally told him to get rid of the guy.WORST KFC EXPERIENCE EVER AND NEVER GOING BACK.

These stars for harinder’s service! He is super polite and goes above and beyond EVERY TIME I visit. He deserves a raise!
