Stop by cause I had a few gift cards...They have a good chili but for me, the worst coffee ever. I m stating this even if I know how many people's are addicted to it. Just don't understand why

Went through the drive thru this morning. I asked for no cake timbits. And specifically said like chocolate old fashioned plain sour cream glazed. The members working do not understand what a cake donut or timbit is. Untrained staff causing loss of personal time especially in the morning rush.

The Tim's by Walmart presents good food in a timely fashion. I appreciate the effort the staff put into their work. However, the truth be told, I was presented with a coffee with a napkin in the cup. My wife brought it to their attention. They took my info and apologized, but no further action was offered. Disappointed. Given a choice, i will visit the other Tim's. Sorry, but it's the truth. Very poor customer service, noone behind the counter ever acknowledges there is customers waiting in the store and every employee just focuses on the drive-thru ignoring the in store customers. Just waited 25 minutes for my order to be taken. Have had to walk out multiple times after waiting upwards of 15 minutes watching every employee go back and forth ignoring my and other customers presence.

I drove an hour and a half for a caramel macchiato at 2pm. Did it disappoint? Absolutely not!! The cleanup staff (gentle old lady and old man) are so adorable and kind. They keep the place spick and span! Will I go back? Of course just to get that sense of love and affection.

Yo it's 8:00 and there's 2 cars in the drive thru there's no reason for yall to take 15 minutes to take an order and then another 10 to serve 4 coffees and a bottle of water. Not to mention the 4 times repeating the order, when you clearly heard us the first 3 times. Hire someone who can do their job. This is absolutely ridiculous service. Always make sure you have someone competent on shift. Sincerely, a former Tim Hortons employee.

Not only are we always treated poorly at this location, but this place is unbelievably slow with their service. Went in one time and a manager (supervisor maybe?) was at a till, so we walked up to order. He ignored us for a few minutes, then looked me in the eye and said not a till". Today I ordered a steeped tea and when I went to roll up my rim I discovered it had already been rolled... the faulty cup was given to me by the same person. Not only is it disgusting that someone's fingers touch the rim of my cup

Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. I asked to double toast my bagel and they totally burned it, like it was literally black. I didn’t realize it until I got back to my hotel and had to go back to get new ones. The employee did say that their toaster is not the the best so they knew it would get burnt if I get it double toasted. The worst thing about it is that they just didn’t care to tell me and gave me a black totally burnt bagel. Also if you look at the picture, it shows fruit flies in the area where they keep donuts. Very disappointed!!!!!

Went through the drive through and was ignored for 15 minutes while they let 3 other cars through on the other side who arrived after me. I drove to the window as clearly I was being ignored and got yelled at by the teller. Very unprofessional business. Hopefully the staff at the other 2 in town are better unfortunately I may just have to switch to Starbucks.

This is the slowest Tim Horton's I've ever been to. I know there are off days, but it's every time I go - not to mention they've been out of things numerous times. Staff are always polite about it and apologize.
