I recently experienced the magic of the Lust Life Jazz Band at Vista 18 in Victoria.The joyful improvisations thru a wide variety of Jazz styles showcased an honest integrity and impeccable talent that made for a truly pleasurable evening.I would recommend this band to anyone, anytime.

With no expectations, these guys blew me away, trumpet extraordinaire with the 6 string accompanying riffs and acoustic bass underlay seem to fill in the trumpet line...when the trumpet guy starts to sing with this amazing cool 50's croon you even forget his trumpet for a few seconds...The repertoire is everywhere in time and space ... funk, jazz, blues, swing, Latin, topped up with this guy's great style. Lust Life is a show not to miss; Bengal Lounge, Saturday nights.

Saw these guys at Heron Rock Bistro in Victoria, BC. They really made the night. Great mix of standards and up/down beat stuff. Pablo on the keys, you're the real deal man! Bryn's soulful and melodically effortless range is quite elegant, in its own timeless crooning fashion. I really hope to happen across you guys again soon. Well done!

In the immortal words of Procol Harum, “”The crowd called out for more”. We hired the Lust Life Jazz Band for our wedding at the Empress. They also provided the quartet to play at our wedding service. In a word, “perfect”. We were looking for a classy, elegant 6-piece band and were not disappointed. Every musician was a consummate professional. Arrived early, interacted well with the crowd and the music perfectly fit with our venue. I can’t recall a single guest that did not comment on how “the band made the evening special”. Almost makes me want to get married again!

We had the pleasure of having them play for us this weekend for our parents 60th Anniversary party. It was just a small intimate backyard party that included people from ages 3- 85 and everyone had an amazing time! Thank you so much for making the event special and memorable. We all loved the upbeat talented performers.
