Spring Valley Pharmacy
Had an appointment last week, went in 15 min. before my appointment, there was nobody in the office, office was open but no receptionist. Waited for 30 min. asked the pharmacy next door if there was anyone in the office, they didn't know!! After waiting long time, I had to leave without seeing the doctor!! no respect to people at all!!

One of the worst pharmacy in town. They are very professional. They will cancel the appointment without letting you know and the only way you will find it on the day when you arrive there to see the doctor or getting a shot. Avoid them if you can.

I registered with this doctor in 2019 and when I visited him 2022 he said I'm not registered although he checked me twice before such a bad customer service such a bad doctor I highly recommend not to go to him I dont know why he is still working....

We’ve only had pleasant experiences. He has faxed my family doctor for prescription. No long wait times. Best of all a kind and caring pharmacist. He has always gone above and beyond with recommendations and not in a pushy way.

I called to speak to the post office that is located within the unit. The pharmacist picked up, told me that he was going to get his “colleague” to assist me. He had me on hold for a long time so i hung up. I attempted to call back for the second time. He picked up then hung up the phone on me... very disrespectful, horrible customer service. Try to avoid this location if possible.

Agree with the comments, doctor does not like walk ins.I live close to this clinic literally 2 min walk,and went with my 10 MO after calling reception. After waiting half an hour doc came and started rude conversation like why r u here why not family doc . And said this time I'll look in to him but next time he won't entertain. I am like them why your clinic has walk in sign on it and why ur assistant tells us to come in. Other than that this doc made nasty comments like he is not in money making business like other 'Indian' doctors.Even though it is convenient location but I avoid going there so that I dont hv to deal with him.
