The reason I chose this location to replace the windshield on my Honda Accord, was the friendliness and professionalism of Katelyn. I called many other competitors, and none of them came close to Katelyn’s customer service.Windshield was replaced quickly and seems to be perfect. My car was tidy upon pickup.Highly recommended!

I am sure they provide decent service but word to management at this location....please answer the phone. Tried 3-4 times this week morning, mid day and afternoon and always went to voicemail. ended up getting it done at ACR glass

I have used Broco Port Kells several times to replace windshields. Their service is top notch, and I highly recommend them.

I had my 2018 Tacoma in for a front Windshield replacement, and rear power slider window replacement. The job ended up getting done, but with no professionalism. After the truck being with them from 830 a.m. until 4 p.m. I got a call that my truck was all good to go. The rear slider didn't end up being put back together properly and when I went to use it, it caused the motor in the power slider to seaze up. They also did not clean a bunch of broken glass up in the bed of my truck. After finding out my power window was unusable, I called them right away. I took the truck back as they said it would be a easy fix, but was not. They needed to order a new part. I had to book a new appointment to have the truck back in so they could replace the window motor. It was a very frustrating experience to say the least and I was very disappointed. They did end up buying a Tim Hortons gift card to say sorry for the inconvenience. When I went to use the gift card I found out it had never even been activated. I do not reccomend this location of Broco Glass.

Very helpful with understanding how insurance handles chips. Free courtesy car while getting windshield replaced. Made thing quick and easy. I will use them any time moving forward and recommend Broco Port Kells yo anyone needing car window chip repair or windshields replaced. Im sure they would be just as good with other auto window requirements. Vehicle seemed cleaned after windshield replacement. Thank you Broco!

Most friendly with good communication skills on the phone and at the shop.on the fist phone call the length of time of the repair was explained and the offer of a free courtesy.Once on site and agreeing to proceed they also offered new windshield wiper if needed plus a complete interior cleaning of the car.Work done was professionally. Good workmanship.I would do business there again and am recommending them too.

Friendly quick service. Could book an appointment next day and the chip in my windshield was fixed within a 1/2 hour.Clean waiting area inside and had a nice sitting area outside.

The communication and timeliness of the work was fantastic!! I just wonder why my odometer had 9km used up when they just 'test drive' around the block.
