Health Pro Walk-in and Medical Clinic

Went here as a walk in because my family doctor was out of town for over a month and I ran out of prescription refills. They were full for the day when I got there, but when I explained the situation, the doctor agreed to write me a new prescription right then and there. 15 minutes later I had my meds and was on my way, which totally made my day! The doctor, receptionist and pharmacy staff were all extremely kind and helpful. The clinic is also very nice, clean, and bright inside. Best walk in experience I have ever had lol.

I walked in to this clinic because almost all of the clinic nearby are full. It only took us 15 min for my Son to get checked including the wait for his prescription! Receptionist and the Doctor are very nice too! Best experience in a clinic!

I would give this clinic more stars if I could! The front desk staff is friendly, and the doctor has fantastic bedside manner. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Most efficient doctors visit I’ve had in ages. I don’t know if I’ll be back to my family doctor again!There’s also a pharmacy with friendly staff attached for prescriptions which is handy.

An amazing clinic! It was my first time coming to this clinic and the receptionists were very polite and welcoming. Dr. Taher diagnosed me quickly and professionally, then I was able to pickup my prescription in store a few minutes later. Will definitely be back :) 10/10

This is the best family clinic in Edmonton, hands down.The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the lovely Lindsey at the front desk. She is so personable, friendly and professional. She takes the time to ask about my family and gets to know all her clients on a personal level. Just a lovely soul!Then there is Dr. Taher Elmsallati, who is, without question, the BEST family doctor this city has to offer. A visit with Dr. E is like being invited to his home. He treats everyone like family! He is so thoughtful and thorough. He's an absolute professional and always ensures to follow up. He provides amazing quality care and I trust him caring for my families needs.Lastly Ahmed, the onsite pharmacist, really solidifies the warm atmosphere you receive at this clinic. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to walk you though everything.Every community should have the level of professionalism, care and compassion this clinic demonstrates!

Love this place and Dr. E is such a gem! I’ve seen him twice - once for a sinus infection and once for a referral to a dermatologist. My husband has also gone and had the same amazing experience. Everyone from the reception, pharmacy and doctors are great. I have had a hard time finding a family doctor since moving to Canada so I am extremely thankful to have them in town!!!

I’m living in the west of the city and always drive here for 15-20 min. I wish every walk-in clinic could be like that, professional and quick. Don’t have to wait for hours to get to the room where I’ll be sitting for another hour to see a doctor. Here, I literally never been more that 20 min, came in, saw doctor, talk to him, got necessary help, prescription if needed, and medication. Very quick and professional.

This is our second time as walk in patient in this clinic and they still did not disappoint. Very accommodating receptionist and doctor. Dr. E. is so thorough, takes time to assess his patients and offered appropriate diagnostic tests to rule out possible causes of our medical concerns. Thank you. Highly recommended.

Super satisfied, it was my first time being there, the receptionist is professional and efficient. Doctor Omran is so humble and an excellent doctor honestly.This clinic is highly recommended as they offer quality service and professional treatment.The pharmacy staff was nice and fast as well

Dr elmsallati is the best doctor I've had in my life, I will continue going to him until the day I die! (Which he may let me know of what before it happens) lol...also Lindsay is an amazing receptionist! Go Lindsay go!
