Terrible company! They are associated with Geoff Mulligan who mistreats his employees. Do not shop here unless you want to support a bunch of bullies!

Friendly and helpful staff. People who answer the phone are extremely resourceful and knowledgeable. They have good stock of everything and next day or same day shuttling of items that aren't in. Westburne treated my spouse like part of the team when she did a pick up order for me. They seem very supportive of all types of people with all experience levels. Very useful if you're starting out and want better items/prices than a big box store and a great interaction/support outcome to boot. Won't go to any other electrical location in Kingston after my positive repeat experiences here.
