Good reliable service. My data recovery case turned out more complex than they originally quoted for, but they stood behind their original quote and honored the lower price. They also assured my recovered data privacy. Price-wise, they are very reasonable for corporate clients. A bit on a higher end for private clients, but their service quality and reliability is totally worth it.

I edited this review as there was new development via email with Aeson Lab.Terrible customer service and technical know how.I've a microSD card that does not get recognized which typically mean the controller is fried. On the phone and emails with the engineer, he suggested I go in to the lab to have them check the NAND chip to see if it is recoverable or not. He said it would take 30 min and if possible to do then would cost somewhere between $300-500.At the lab they were completely unaware of my case. Anyways I explained it to them and created a ticket. After 30 min of waiting, the technician there said the controller is fried and to try to see if the NAND is still alive and possible to recover, would cost 1780 plus taxes as the circuit board has to be recovered and some parts ordered etc. I explained to the guy that I was told that is what we were doing today but he said there is only a 5% chance of success and you can take a chance with it. I told him that there are companies in the US and Germany that do a hardware NAND recovery for $250-500 and he said they must be using a different technology or something but it is not possible here.I was extremely disappointed as I was told something completely different by them previously and now I was being quoted much higher.So after I left this review, I was contacted by Aeson Lab's support team calling me unprofessional because I left a misleading review and asked me to revise my review in hope of getting rid of all the facts because of one small misinterpretation. Basically, I misinterpreted the fact that they don't charge unless data is successfully recovered. They did not offer any solutions nor apology to their miscommunication nor did they even try to resolve the issue. That should tell everybody something about how they have some 5 star reviews and they call all their lower reviews as lies. They said they will try to remove this review as it is false" - well now it has been modified and is not false."

In summary: very satisfied with the professional and transparent service provided by Aesonlabs; they went above and beyond.I'll be fully transparent that Eugene and his team were outstanding, and much better than most of the places I spoke to in the States for data recovery. Eugene and his team thoroughly assessed and consulted on the hard drive damage–without any hidden fees or added costs–and in a timely and honest manner. They went a step forward and gave me cost-effecitve options to fix or move on with my drive, and their attentiveness and quick turnaround was amazing. I am very glad I stumbled upon this gem of a service and although I hope I don't need any tech or hard drive repairs done in the future, if the need ever rises, I won't question who I go to: Aesonlabs for sure!

Asked them to estimate how much it would be to fix two 128gb micro SD.They originally gave me an explanation as to what was wrong with them that every other shop I spoke to told me made no sense.Despite this warning sign, after they drastically reduced the price of the initial estimate once I pointed this out... I decided to give them a shot. The work itself was completed.Unfortunately, despite promising to return the micro SDs they never did. I sent multiple emails asking politely for them please to return the remaining pieces of the microSDs and those emails were ignored. Then, out of desperation I even called them asking them to please send them back, and they agreed. They promised they would send them out right away." But I never heard from them again nor did they arrive.I don't trust this company and you shouldn't either."

Aeson labs was extremely helpful in recovering data from my damaged internal hard drive. They were very responsive and great at communicating everything from the initial quote to delivery of the recovered data. Great customer service/experience all around!

These guys are great. I called about 10 other data recovery places. Every single one quoted me prices at least 3x of what Aesonlabs Data Recovery Systems quoted. Best of all I got ALL my pictures and data I thought I had lost.

let me tell you a story of how I almost lost some really important data and a really important client. I’m kind of computer savvy but this was definitely out of my league when a SSD drive just stopped running on me, I tried the usual methods of getting my data but nothing worked. I went with a few data recovery centres including shipping one out the country with no luck, they were all basically too expensive and doing a rush order was out of the question with their rates. Luckily in finally got in contact with these guys, they were way more reasonable and they reassured me everything would be fine when I brought it in. Got my data back quick. Hopefully I don’t have this problem again but def would recommend.

Took some time, but they never gave up on my case and finally recovered all my files. Saved my life.
