Brought my 2015 F150 here for a routine oil change. Service employees here ended up charging me hundreds of dollars for problems that didn’t exist, they insisted I pay before I could get my vehicle back.A particularly large employee “detailed” the truck and had no idea what he was even talking about. He had claimed I needed my fluids changed, when they had just been changed the week prior by a legitimate mechanic shop.

Absolute terrific service! Had a/c problems. Took car in at 3:00 PM and it was ready at 5:30 PM with new a/c compressor and the a/c system fully recharged. Even got a discount. Now that's service to the extreme. Highly recommend this place. The workmanship is excellent as well.

The worst ever experience, I will never recommend any business for the shop. I took my car to replace a transmission which I bought but it turned out that it was not compatible to my car. The shop asked me to pay for the labor that was never committed to my service requested because the transmission was not right. The mechanic tested my car and said I never needed to change the transmission but I was charged 1000 dollars anyways.

I came to get my vehicle checked at Optimum auto because it was making unusual noise. One of the mechanics inspected my vehicle and found the cause of the noise. He also found other problems that I was unaware of. He took me to my vehicle and show me the place where the car needed fixing. I was satisfied to see the issues with my own eyes.Also many thanks to Rafael working at the front desk ordering parts in a timely manner and sending one of his guys to pickup one of the parts. He did everything possible to make my experience at Optimum smooth. Great people and honest to the core.

I am so grateful and happy to have found Optimum Auto Service. I highly recommend them to anybody. As a single mom who just bought a used vehicle and spent over ten days at other auto garages only to be disappointed, I finally had my vehicle towed to Optimum and they had me well taken care of and we're very kind. They demonstrated complete professionalism and expertise with my import vehicle that other garages completely failed with. Bad customer service. And got alignment and my steering wheel was off Center. Went back and they said it was straight. No trust given to the customer. Plus the guy that did my wheel alignment did the test drive And lied. I would know if my wheel is not straight.
