I recommend unreservedly - and have already - Roadtrips for a superior experience at high profile sports events. I used Roadtrips recently to attend the World Cup in Qatar. The arrangements, accommodations and transfers were as excellent as expected and promised and everything was executed smoothly and on time. Where Roadtrips truly excels, however, is client service. Without exception, every single member of the Roadtrips team was personable, professional and dedicated. In fact, due to my own mistakes, members of the Roadtrips team went well beyond the call of duty to not only solve my issues but to improve my experience. I am definitely going to book an event with Roadtrips again. Hopefully soon.

Went to the Indy 500 the first time for my 72nd birthday. Decided to go with Roadtrips. Overall, the Indy 500 experience far exceeded my expectations and will do it again. I have been going to races of all types since I was 14, including Indycar. Roadtrips did a great job of setting everything up and executing on the day of the race. The seats were perfect; right where we discussed. The hotel was great; simple check in and great service. Would have preferred to not have a Handicap room. The escorted but ride to the track was the prime reason I booked with Roadtrips. That said, I wish we would have gotten to the track earlier. We got on the but race morning and went to the staging area where the police escort would meet us. It took a long time to get going but once we were we cruised through traffic and arrived at the track in record time. The return trip to the hotel after the race was a disappointment; no police escort and it took almost 2 hours to get back. Granted I was not having to drive and was sitting on a comfortable bus with A/C, but my expectation when I booked the trip was that the escort was to be both ways. That said, we thoroughly enjoyed the trip and our hosts were helpful and very professional.

Road Trips Indy 500 (2023): Exceptional support every step of the way! An incredible tour package well worth the money! From the hotel to race day everything was superb! A lifetime experience for sure! Jeff was a wonderful host as well! Calm and patient he answered every question and was always available! Zero complaints!!!

Booked a trip to the Indy 500 with Roadtrips. Over all an excellent experience. Two experiences of ours may be helpful. If you are in Indianapolis for Saturday and Sunday only, do not try to do both the parade and the Indy Museum. As the parade is from late morning to early afternoon, it makes it difficult to fully experience the museum. We opted to give our parade tickets away and spent the day at tagain as they were a pleasure to work with, verhe track. We were very disappointed with the pre-race pit passes. By the time we got into the track to our seats it was past 10:00. I got to the pit entrance at about 10:30. I was informed that the pre-race pit pass time was over and was not admitted to the pits. Obviously with this experience I would not purchase pre-race pit passes again.I have never used a travel provider as Roadtrips therefore I cannot compare.I would absolutely use Roadtrips again however I would research the event in more detail before booking the trip.

Roadtrips provided everything they advertised and more. The trip to INDY was a spectacular experience. The customer service through provided throughout the entire planning process to the availability, knowledge, and helpfulness of the 2 on site hosts truly made the trip a memorable experience

Qatar, my fourth WC with Roadtrips. Always a great experience. Everything is done to perfection, efficient and friendly service. The entire home staff helped with any problems encountered and the Doha staff was always available to help with any requests we had. A very memorable ‘22 WC. Thank you!
