I’ve been here in the past to get an iud put in and dealt with really friendly staff at the time. Recently I’ve called this place on two occasions and the receptionist on the phone is incredibly rude and not very helpful or considerate. I’m not sure if it’s a language barrier or lack of empathy but she’s horrible, especially for a women’s clinic, you need someone who is actually trying to help with a positive demeanour .

Very empathetic staff and doctor. They were very patient with me and I truly felt that they cared. The doctor had amazing bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable.

I had an abortion preformed here. I recommend an early morning appointment because there’s less people and I was in for a max of 2 hours and a half when I was told it would take around 4 hours. They offered to do std testing as well and offered to supply/ discuss contraceptives going forward. Before the procedure begins I was spoken to by the counsellor who informed me of anything and everything that was going to happen/ could happen, risks, timing, aftercare etc. I was referred to this clinic by a separate one in Mississauga due to how far along I was. Before the procedure you’re asked to change and then given an IV as well as blood pressure and vital signs looked at. During the procedure you’re told everything that is happening, about to happen, what you’ll feel and told to relax. There is a nurse there to help you relax and monitor you while the procedure takes place. There were two doctors and the one nurse in the room with me. All three were very kind and had light conversation just to ensure I wasn’t freaking out. As an all women’s clinic I’m glad I didn’t need to ask for a female doctor or anything of the sort. The environment was very welcoming and the aftercare nurses ensure the medication wears off before they allow you to leave. I’m so glad I came here and had the procedure done with such professionalism and care. I was afraid of the procedure and the risks but they make sure to take good care of you.

In general experience was good. My husband was able to be with me at the waiting room (I had another abortion in a center where partners were not allowed). Everyone was very kind. Dr Cristina Pop explained me every step during ultrasound and procedure. She was patient with my doubts and questions. The lady who was at the entry also was very kind. This is a very hard moment but I felt supported by everyone in this center.

The receptionists were welcoming and friendly. The doctors and nurses made the procedure less scary and more comfortable by explaining everything that is going to happen. I would definitely recommend this place.

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Worst place ever. Don’t want to go into all the details as it’s quite personal but basically you should know this clinic will not prescribe you any pain medication. Just go to Women’s College Hospital where they will. Will make your experience a little more bearable and a little less painful. My family doctor specifically told me to ensure I’m given pain medication for the procedure and when I asked the nurse if I would be prescribe like a T3 or something for the pain she looked at me like I had 6 heads and said no. Staff here were unprofessionally dressed, wearing baggy jeans, Jordan’s and a baseball cap, no name tag or mask or anything. A lady who told me she was not a counsellor did my “counselling” session as the woman who was a counsellor was busy with other patients... just a lot of red flags. Save yourself the time, trouble and weird experience and just go somewhere else. This place is whack. Oh and when I did eventually go to the women’s college hospital I was prescribed Naproxen and T3’s for the pain and I didn’t even have to ask for it so that just goes to show this clinic is unsafe and not concerned with its patients well-being.

This place is so unorganized, the staff are mean and rude. The doctor was the only person there that was nice. We had to wait 3 hours just ti be admitted when we had called prior to book an appointment. It took our whole day away. Their vision is “we comfort and support you” we felt everything but supported. If I had another option I would take the other option. And, you have to sit in a room with all other patients. You can’t leave once you enter the clinics, even though you haven’t been admitted yet.

This is the worst place ever. I was20 weeks and really scared, it was a multiple day procedure and what they explain to me would happen isn’t at all how it went. They laid me down and told me they will only do a control and they gave me a needle right away and never told me what was happening and what it was for, after the fact they told me it was a needle that stopped the baby’s heart. Then they gave me these sticks vaginally that were supposed to dilate me and I’m not sure if something went wrong or they gave me too much but I dilated way too fast, way before my appointment the next day and I needed uo having to go to the emergency room and delivered as stillborn baby. The nurses at the hospital were in shock and kept asking me who performed the abortion. It was sad and also embarrassing, Worst experience of my life and I’m scarred forever.

This clinic pressured my friend into an extremely expensive ($550 CASH) and unnecessary ultrasound for an early abortion at 7 or 8 weeks along. Blood test already confirmed pregnancy, abortion is 100% the decision, why was the ultrasound done if there is 0 further information we want on the fetus? I have accompanied other friends during and prior to COVID, this has always been optional. They also asked my friend if she wants to know if she has twins?" among other leading questions that was cruel and made the already difficult decision even harder. Only until the very end when my friend repeatedly confirm she wants to go thru with it did they finally provide her prescription and instructions.------------------------------------Edit following owner response:First
