Flossophy Dental is hands down my favourite dental clinic. Everyone was so kind and welcoming and made sure I knew what was going on at all times. Quinlan was amazing, so gentle I almost fell asleep! I left feeling confident after an awful experience elsewhere. So happy I found such a great clinic :)

I have finished my Ortho with Dr. Au in October and got my braces off in November. His assistant Miranda is absolutely phenomenal. Very patient, an excellent assistant! From emergency visits for repairs to everything else I was always able to get in at both locations he works at. I truly thank Dr. Au and Miranda for their care and I love my smile. I used to have major dental issues and it's been a long road for me for adult Ortho and at 33 I can say my smile is gorgeous! Thank you so much ❤️ I will miss going there when all is completed with my checkups and retainers.

Love Flossophy. They explain everything they are doing unlike my old dentist. They focus on you and how you are doing which is wonderful. I would 100 percent recommend them to friends and family. They also took the time to fix a tooth that had been bothering me and now it looks a hundred times better, Thank you Flossophy.

I don’t like going to the dentist. I have VERY sensitive teeth.But, the team at Flossophy asked a lot of questions, explained every step and were mindful to ensure my comfort was priority #1.If you’re afraid of getting dental work done please call Flossophy. Dr. Au and his staff were absolutely so very professional and welcoming. Getting myself set up as a new client - the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Au’s assessment and treatment of the dental work I needed was exceptional, very gentle and he communicated the process very thoroughly. We have been coming to Flossophy since they opened here in Windermere and it has been amazing every time we come. Everyone is so patient and understanding with all of us. My kids who have been anxious to even set foot in the dental office now actually enjoy the dentist!

I had my X-Rays redone, check up, cleaning and polishing.Very satisfied with the service as always. It’s always nice, fast and everyone working at Flossofy is a huge professional. Everyone knows what they are doing.I love the way they do their job, I love how my teeth feel every time after cleaning.
