I ordered a suit on ZARA and set my pickup for a PUDO point counter at a convenience store nearby my home. The order came in less than a week and I had no trouble getting my package, I only had to pay about 3 dollars to pick it up. Very convenient

Terrible service. I had expected better from brand like Zara. The drop off location is inside a shipping factory and it’s really an inconvenience for a person without any vehicle, to access it. I know these fast fashion brands are too focused on cutting costs, but at the expense of their customers is just absurd. there’s no one at the location to attend you, just drop your stuff on a counter and hope everything goes well.Last time shopping from Zara.

Do not use this service. Why is Zara using this for returns instead of Canada Post? Had to leave my package on the floor of a convenience store (that was their drop off point). I regret leaving it there. Surprise, surprise — Zara hasn't received my package in over a week and I can't contact this company.

Here is the information for Zara returns, go to door 10, that’s zara return.. there’s no security.. nothing .. just open door and put Zara parcel on shelf.. no one cares there.. address is pinned so weirdly on google.. hope this helps and thank me later !!

Garbage and pathetic service. If I could give 0 stars I would. My Zara package has yet to be picked up from the sketchy conveience store I had to drop it off at a month ago. What an embarrassment to Zara, who clearly doesn't care about customer service anymore. Will no longer be shopping with them (not like they care).

Dropped a Zara package for return at the Pudo Point located at Super Smokey and Convenience PP 5235 located at 55 Harwood Ave S., L1S 2H6 on March 8th and til now it hasn't arrived back to Zara and I've been charged for the item. Reading the reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I've tried to contact pudo 3 times and have not received a response. Awful service.

I dropped off my zara package on 29th september and didnt receive any update till now nor any refund. no tracking updates, literally nothing. Wasted my $40 and time and zara is not doing anything with it. They said to contact pudo point. Worst delivery service!

Worst return service location ever!!! There was no one to attend the returned parcels, we had to manually scan the parcel and keep it there itself (unattended). Didn’t expect this kind of service experience from Zara!!
