Went in a couple weeks ago and Grace was very helpful and super nice! Great customer service experience.

Went today there were 3 workers in the store and it was dead didnt even acknowledge inwas there no hello nothing this is the second time iv gone and they dont care about customers very bad customer service !!!

Please teach your staffs to show some respect towards the customers.

Went in to exchange some pants i bought online and the sales Agent was extremely condescending and rude. There’s a better sale now then when I bought the pants so i asked for a return and then a new sale. The Agent used the phrase “I don’t think you understand what I’m saying” when she said she could only do an exchange. If I weren’t buying new pants it wouldn’t be an exchange. It would be a return. Also, one of the tags on the pants said low rise. I don’t like low rise so I went to get a different pair. The tag on the self said mid rise. I told the Agent this and she said it depends on your body, which it does but that doesn’t mean the 2 tags should provide different info. Lastly, I mentioned that one pair Of pants I kept had stretched. She told me to wash them on cold and don’t put them in the dryer. That’s the opposite of what I should be doing. That will make sure they don’t shrink not don’t stretch. This experience reaffirmed why I do most of my shopping online.

Showed up at the store Saturday afternoon and the doors were locked with workers inside. there were two other families wondering why the doors were still locked also so I knocked on the door. One of the ladies working came to the door and very rudely told me that they closed and that the other day was the last of business and that we should have known and that everyone knew ... well clearly not because they’re we’re three families standing outside wondering why the doors were locked. Due to the bad taste this staff member of yours put into my mouth I will not be going back to shop at any bluenotes and will be spreading the word on how poor customer service is. Also it would be smart to put up a sign saying store closed

Good selection of items , wonderful deals. The place does need a deep clean up tho.
