Garage16

My boyfriend ordered many parts from this shop. Garage 16 has a wide variety of custom parts for a number of cars. Although they aren't always stocked. The customer service is good. We're always greeted and acknowledged when we walk into the shop. In the past, we ordered a seat belt and was given a box with nothing in it. If it weren't for myself looking in the box prior to leaving, we would've gone home with nothing. In addition, we had issues with a seat that was ordered two years ago. We were told it was going to come in December. There was no communication afterward regarding the status of the seat. It was only after I emailed the shop directly that I got a quick response from Rick (owner). Then after we went in person to see if we could get an update faster. Josh did a great job at trying to find a possible solution. The same day, Rick called us and issued a refund and offered a discount code on future purchases. Despite all of that, this store takes great pride in their customer service and will go above and beyond for their customers.

Recently bought PRL stage 1 intake kit from Garage 16 and the buying experience was amazing. Rick (owner) and the team was very helpful. Rick even responded for my emails after hours. Known garage 16 since he had the store at Jane street and will recommend garage 16 for your any of your automotive needs.

I ordered an item that was on back order, and nobody let me know while waiting for confirmation for over a week. It would’ve been nice to get a heads up, but other than that they’re good people, the quickness to respond to emails and offer up a refund was A+I’ll be back for more parts 100%.You guys just gotta work on letting people know if something is on back order so we aren’t waiting around wondering what’s up lol.Thanks Rick, and team!

Placed an order online for a Catless Downpipe, it came quickly and securely. Garage16 provided clear communication regarding shipping process, updating me as my order moved. I’m quite happy with the efficient service, and will most likely be heading in store soon!

Great experience both times I have bought from Garage16. Online ordering process is easy and they follow up with clear communication regarding pickup and shipping. The store has lots of goodies on the wall and shelves, just being able to look around is a fun experience.

Rick helped special order an intake kit for my Stinger. He matched Amazon's price tag and also helped facilitate contact with AEM when it turned out there was an issue with incorrect parts in the kit. I would certainly deal with Garage 16 again in the future, thanks Rick!

One of the best customer service I have seen. I purchased G2 caliper paint and asked for suggestion on the colour. Suggestion was provided while remaining neutral. Also very happy with G2 caliper paint kit. Applied with Preval spary system and finish was absolutely amazing.

I contacted Garage16 about getting a KPro installed. Not only did they put up with my numerous e-mails, but they happily answered all of my questions right away. Big shout out to a nice dude named Rick that helped me out. They did a great job on my ECU. I’ll be recommending everyone I know to get products from there. Also, bonus points to give my money to a Canadian company. Awesome awesome people.

Garage 16 is the place to get your parts! Rick has all been amazing at answering any questions I have and even answering me after hours/weekends. Less than 24 hours my parts were delivered to my house! Garage 16 will always be the best place to get parts!
