Amazing service provided by Advisor Barb Dingham..she was knowlegeable,payient and assisted me and Barb also provided me with a 2nd to none service. I highly recommend her.

Terrible service since Gord Ironside left! I had been a customer of Ironside insurance for 15 years. Westland has Missed changing our home owners policy to construction coverage as per my email. Did not make changes to my policy as requested in another email. Changed agents on me several times (never knew who to talk to when I called). I changed agents as soon as my renewals were up.

Needed to make updates to my policy and nice gentleman put me through to Barb who was super friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Made everything i needed to discuss enjoyable rather than painful.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE…Often get a voice mail during business hours, this voice mail indicates that you will get a returned call within 4 hours. That never happens! If you are lucky to get reception, they just say they are short staffed! Have some urgent insurance questions that need answered!Never have dealt with such a TERRIBLY run office, EVER!

The dealings that we have had with Julie Hobenshield have been probably the best that we have had with any agent to this date. Thanks Julie keep up the good work.Al and Cindy Bignell.

For the second time in a month I've needed insurance advice and an agent as I was changing insurance providers. First, I called Westland and was connected with Sherry Crandell who understood my needs and immediately got plans together for me, excellent price, coverage and service. Second Westland call involved knowledge and advice in a power of Attorney insurance matter and I was connected with Julie Hobenshield who is well versed in that sort of thing and gave me sound advice and provided me an email with a step by step guide to resolve my out of province insurance legal matter.If you like second to none service, knowledge, comparable pricing, actually getting a human when you call and no loose ends left over, give Westland Insurance a call, they definitely have impressed me.

Read these reviews and can't agree more. Since Gord sold and Carrie left, the service has been atrocious. I was with this company since 1995 and now planning on leaving. I can't seem to get consistent info, let alone a response. My rates keep going higher and when you try to ask questions, you get cut off by the broker. Just disappointed, I want to support small town businesses but this is not the experience I want anymore.

What happened to the amazing small town service that this agency once provided? April 4th was my initial inquiry, today is April 24th. I am again told that a senior broker" must review things and one was not available to do so again today. This would have been my 25th year as a customer

One of the worst experiences in customer service in the last 2 years. Misleading information and inadequate knowledge. Aside from the constant change in brokers since they seem to leave on a regular basis. CANNOT recommend!
