Absolutely horrible - a complete scam. My family was ripped off by owner Judy Richards. She was taken to court last year. We hired cleaning help, and they immediately turned around and told us they were only working temporarily - after we paid the finder’s fee, that is. We never got our money back - Judy is a horrible woman. She threatens her employees with deportation even though they are Canadian citizens, terrorizing them into working more than one job at a time. I’m sure the other reviews on here are fake, because after ten years of using home placement agencies for nannies and cleaning help, this is the worst, most crooked, unprofessional agency I’ve ever used. Big mistake. Remember this if you go through this agency and have problems of your own - I told you so.

Complete waste of time waiting for her..rejects your call all the time and it’s always will call you back later but she will never..I have decided not to wait for her for a placement..one friend recommended about her and for a good family I hoped for a best for myself which I waited like for more than a month to go through her placement.. big mistake .. wasn’t the right place for me…unprofessional I would say!!Here I go with Nannies On call.. my dream agency that I have always wanted to go with ..if I get a placement or not I don’t care, the treatment was equal with them not biased.
