From the minute I opened the door I was very uncomfortable. He never said hello just what is the problem" in a very crusty voice. I told him my dryer was not working well. He came in turned it on for 5 mins then stuck his hand in closed the door looked at me and said "you have heat. There is nothing wrong with the dryer". I explained to him that after years of owning it things take a long time to dry(they never used to). He then went on to tell me that I do not have an industrial sized dryer so it is not meant to be over filled and things will take a while. He made me feel so stupid like I didn't realize my dryer is not industrial size. I have lived in my condo for 15 years and have had my dryer since then so I know how much to load into my machines. I am 88 years old but still sharp mentally.His final diagnosis was the problem is with the vent and that I called the wrong department. He told me how much I owed him which is not the amount the bill said I owed. The bill that was sent to my daughter's email is $10.00 less than he charged me. I don't care at this point as I want nothing to do with anyone from there. I gave him money and he directly told me he does not have change so I told him just to take it and leave. I needed him out of there. He was at my place all of 8 mins. I was just so uncomfortable that I called my daughter when he left

Called in the morning and my dishwasher was working before noon. Technician was great, polite and very knowledgeable. I will call them again if I need service.

An excellent experience from start to finish. After a power outage, our clothes washing machine was not working (control panel was not functional and water was not draining). Appliance Technician Ltd. answered my call quickly, and we set up an appointment for the following day. Machine was fixed quickly, and I received excellent advice about how to prevent the problem from happening again and how to best maintain machine.

Paul arrived on the same day as I placed my service call and was very knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed my problem right away and was a pleasure to work with. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend others to do so as well. Thank You!

My Bloomberg dryer stopped working - I called multiple appliance repair shops who said they don’t fix this brand. Appliance Technician was one of the few. I am extremely happy with the quality of service I received from the receptionist who took my call to the actual technician Pavlo who quickly assessed and fixed the issue. He took the time to explain the cause and recommended ways that I could extend the life of my washer and dryer. He even cleaned up all of the dust and dirt that had accumulated behind them!! 10/10 would recommend!

The technician quickly and effectively addressed an issue with a clogged dishwasher drain after we had hired a plumber who was unwilling to check the drain for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely use their services again.

Washer would not drain. Technician was able to come same day, and fix the issue cost $275 parts + $125 Labour + tax on both. Technician fixed issue but insisted that parts cost be paid directly to him and not to the company, (I do not know why) While labour costs be paid to the company. After he left the drum makes a loud knocking sound (which it did not make before), also LARGE amounts of water are being ejected out onto my basement floor now evetime I run the washer, and the soap loading tray now sticks a bit and it never did before.Update : The company and Technician were very quick once again to come by the house and fix the issue (same day I complained) as it is 100% under warranty. The technician showed me that my drum was cracked, and explained that the repair had nothing to do with the cracking of the drum, and that it was just an unlikely coincidence, His explanations seemed rational, but I do not really have the knowledge determine if it is correct or not.At any rate the technician issued a full refund for parts and labour, so I do appreciate that. I give them points for speed of service and for the full refund. But I have to buy a new washer now.

Yuri fixed my washing machine. He was very friendly and polite. He had the parts needed to fix the machine with him and was able to diagnose the problems very quickly, so the machine was ready to go within about an hour of Yuri arriving. The price was also reasonable. I would recommend Yuri and the Appliance Technician.

My dryer broke on a weekend and I called Appliance Technician Ltd. Two hours later dryer was fixed and drying like new. Fast reliable quality service for reasonable price, recommend.

Yuri fixed the electrical issue with our bosch dishwasher quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this service again. Appointment was easy to book at the last minute, dishwasher broke in the evening and tech was there the next day mid-morning.
