This is a continuous thread to my last review as I can not reply to Bravo Stone’s comment.While I appreciate your mediocre solution to fixing my shower pan, I cannot say we have come to a reasonable resolution. Throughout the process, you had the attitude of as long as you can fix all your mistakes, then everything is fine. However, it is still important to point out that these “little mistakes” are avoidable with professional experience and detailed work. (Attached photo shows Bravo Stone’s paint job). At the end of the day, clients are the ones that have to pay the bill with time, money, and stress.It is not my goal to seek compensation as I do not think Bravo Stone has the integrity to stand behind your work and I no longer trust your expertise. I will have to pay out of my pocket to fix your mistakes.I do think it is important for clients to share real life experiences with any contractor whether the experience is perfect or miserable, so future clients can take them into consideration. There is little advocacy for clients, so sharing reviews is the best way to make these cases known.I really do hope Bravo Stone can reflect on your work and improve your quality management to provide solid and honest work.

We order our cabinets and countertops from Patrick. He is very polite and knowledgeable. The end result is amazing. Fair pricing and quality products. Highly recommended !

I got my washroom renovated by Patrick and his team in August 2021. We started off with high hopes but as the renovation progressed, I started to notice some red flags. First thing is he and his team started to show up 2-5 hours late each day, then the tiles he put on had to be replaced immediately because they did not know what they were doing. My washroom quickly became an experiment for his unreliable contractors.Fast track a year later, I started to notice little moldy spots, but I was able to scrub if off with some bleach. Now the mold started to spread and most of corners are covered in mold, not to mention the step has also cracked.I have reached out to Patrick, and he said the mold is because I don’t clean my washroom……. I am not a renovation expert, but I am certain I clean my washroom and the mold and crack is not due to lack of cleaning.

Patrick is one of the best contractors I have ever met. He is very professional from zero to the end upgraded me with a beautiful kitchen countertop and cabinets. I recived many good comments from many of our friends. They said that I have good taste. The truth is not me but Patrick. Definitely I will recommend him to all my friends.
