I rented a car here and I had no issues at all. The office is inside the lindsay gmc dealer which I had no idea about.

I experienced terrible service the other week here. I had an appointment for 9:00 and didn’t get out of there until 10:15. Only two people were in front of me. I sat listening to the employee chat away with the customer in front of me. The exchange I experienced with the employee there was quite unpleasant. I will never use Hertz in Lindsay. (Today at enterprise I was picked up and checked out in about 10 minutes).

Double check your reservation if made over the phone! They only booked my vehicle for 3 days rather than 4. If the vehicle doesn't drive well - take it back and exchange it! The vehicle I was provided had a wobble for my 18 hour round-trip & inside of windshield had something streaked over the whole thing. Took me 20 mins of cleaning it before I could see safely out of it... I wish I'd gone back and had them clean it...

This place is a joke. Had a reservation only to find out they have no cars and manager didn’t care and blamed head office. I asked if they had no cars why didn’t they contact me before to let me know. Terrible customer service not expected from a multinational company they should rather close this location if they can’t honor their reservation. Why take a reservation in the first place if you going to default. Stay away from this place.

Terrible service, doesn't know the details of the car. Had 3 different cars in a week due to malfunctions or damages to the car they don't show or go over. I would highly recommend going anywhere else as they will they try and charge you fees for what they did. Absolutely horrible

The only rental company with cars available within 100km. At $350 plus insurance per day for their smallest car I understand why. Talk about price gauging, dammmm!
