My husband just called here after looking at all these wonderful reviews & asked for a quote on how much to change a 2012 Avenger Oil pan, we have the oil pan. He said the job wasn't in his computer, he would have to call around to see how many hours that job would be & he wasn't interested in doing the leg work & because we had the part he really wasn't interested in the job.Called two other shops in the area more than happy to do it & even had it in their computers! Incredibly bad attitude & poor business.

Ken is the most friendly and honest man and everyone who works for him is also very friendly. I take ALL of our vehicles to him once they’re out of warranty, until they leave our ownership. His techs are trustworthy, diagnose quickly, only fix what needs fixing and work hard to repair items at the lowest cost possible, rather than just take the replace-everything route. Can’t say enough about them as a great place to take your car for regular care and maintenance.

I always feel safe on the road with the autocare I receive at Ken'sHonest good work with a priority of customer care. With a long road trip ahead, on Thanksgiving weekend, Ken came into the shop to make sure all was road worthy in my vehicle. I very much appreciate and recommend Ken's shop.

Thank you Ken for fitting my SUV in to your schedule to replace it's dead battery. It was upsetting to be stranded and need to get it towed to your autocare centre. I appreciated your supportive attitude and for providing a courtesy service to pick me up. I would highly recommend Ken's service centre for friendly, efficient and honest service.

Absolutely would recommend Ken's Autocare Centre to anyone. They were able to fit my (out of town) parents vehicle into their schedule on a holiday Monday after new years and get them safely back on the road. They did it for a fair price and treated them with respect. Ken also and cared enough to contact them for a follow up to make sure everything was good. A+++

The AC our van stopped working end of last season, and we have some long drives coming up this summer. Ken was able to get it in the day after I called to inquire, his diagnosis rate was hands down the cheapest out there, and he had it fixed and working perfectly the same day! Ken is extremely personable and communicates very well. He stands behind his work, and even checked in with me a couple days later to see how everything was working . I will absolutely recommend Ken to anyone who needs air conditioning repair (or any repair I'm sure)!
