Reno Rudy is amazing! Very knowledgeable and patient with us (we changed our mind many times). Really lucky to have stumbled upon him and this company.

Website not great. I totally recommend visiting the showroom to see the merch. It's a husband and wife owned. We did not meet the husband but did talk to the wife. She was knew her stuff. And very nice.

Been trying to deal with these people for 4 years to fix issues with their product. In 2018, shortly after install, pieces chipped off the base so they came and put black puddy on it, which also came off. In 2019, they cut the trough cover and put a bench over the chip. The bench then started to rot from behind and came apart. In early 2020, they remove the bench which was secured to the shower leaving marks on the wall and a dangerously sharp trough cover. That's what they left us with - chips in the shower base and 3/4 of a shower trough cover . In 2020 they contacted us while we were on vacation - we came back to the Covid situation. Fast forward to Dec 2021, I contacted them again and asked that they fix this and at the very least asked for a new shower trough. In 2022, I contacted them in March, April, May, June and August - pretty much begging for a new shower trough cover at the very least. I gave up in August. All we got from them is we'll call

Rudy and his team did an amazing job on our shower renovations, the ensuite shower was particularly challenging but Rudy pulled it off!Tony was very respectful of our home and did an amazing job with the demolition and framing, he kept our house neat and cleaned up after each day he was done, Phil did an incredible job of installing the marble walls with a super tight fit and was also respectful of our home.We highly recommend mm products !!!
