NOT HAPPY! SHOP LOCAL THEY SAY!!Purchased a prop for boat, took all the numbers to the shop. When new prop came WRONG ONE. Now won't return our money because we didn't keep the box. NOTCUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT DO WE DO WITH A PROP THAT DOESN'T WORK!!!!!!

I scheduled an appointment to have a list of items to gone through and also with the instruction to give my boat a good once over from top to bottom mechanically. I was told it would take one and a half days to complete my list. After 10 days of being in the outdoor compound, I continually had to call to see what was going on, where they were at and if they were encountering any unexpected issues. Of my list, 2 items were completed. I took my boat early knowing that it wasn’t fully complete, but it wasn’t being worked on any way. I feel bad for some of the service staff as they really seemed as though the cared, I believe the issues lies in the management. When you book a spot, that should be your spot to have until your work is completed. Not an hour here, an hour there with the excuse of “we are busy and we have other units to attend”. After finally being so frustrated and just took my boat, we went to the lake to give it a test. It didn’t last 15 mins. The boat overheated, wouldn’t start. The work that was done was poorly executed and there was more damage that had incurred having my boat in this shop.Don’t bring anything here, the attitude of some of the staff is disgusting, they Throw people in positions they shouldn’t be in, very poorly run operation. Will not be returning and will encourage people to stay clear.

Needs better hours and parts stock

Went into this shop today. When we got there, there was three staff members at the front desk and we were the only customers in the store. None of them greeted us or asked if we needed a hand. We are big believers in supporting local shops but we were extremely disappointed with their customers service.Employees not wearing masks. When I inquired as to why I was given ‘some people have exemptions’ with attitude. Incredibly unprofessional. Would suggest going to the other dealer in town for Stihl products.

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I get my chain saw chains here, staff is always helpful. Store has a great selection of riding gear, and toys on display. They also have a great line up of used equipment as well.
