Friendly and helpful staff, service with a smile. Sometimes they aren't knowledgeable on the products of the section they happen to be working in and that can lead to some awkwardness but honestly not a big deal with google right at the finger tips of every employee. Website might say they're in stock when they aren't but the option to have items delivered right to your door if they have to order it in is a fair compromise to having to wait an extra day or two.

We visited today at staples welland we requested for passport size photos for me and my husband . She gave us two photos for each person and she charged me $49 after taxes for two photos this is too expensive I don’t know why its very bad experience for me

As a former office worker I love to go up and down every aisle checking things out. This is where I take my shredding. They always have my HP printer ink cartridges in stock.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Maybe offer to sell me a reusable bag during the transaction if you don’t offer them for free instead of standing there looking at me with 10 items after I’ve paid and no bag. I’ll be sure to bring my own next time I spend $120.

I went to Staples in Welland for 1" B&W photocopy. They charged me $3.64 not once did the clerk say there was a self serve option (which I was not aware of until after I received my copy and paid the outrageous price.) As the store layout had changed. I will NEVER use them again. Talk about taking advantage of customers. Very very disappointed."

Overpriced peripherals. A cable I bought 5 years ago for $20 is now $71 and change after tax; and it didn't even work to boot. Thankfully getting a refund was smooth sailing.I won't be considering Staples anymore due to the ridiculous pricing. I will be sticking to online retailers, or at the very least, other businesses for similar products

Worst customer service ever. Went in search of a flash drive but could not get a customer service rep to actually accompany me to the aisle to help me pick the one I needed. Just told me what aisle to go to. Even when I flat out asked them to come up the aisle to help me get the proper one they just said the information was on the packaging. If we didn’t need to go there to drop off Amazon returns I would never set foot in that store again.
