New location has a new setup. Staff are really friendly. Chatters has some senior stylists that are top notch. Large selection of products for both men and women.

I've gone twice both times have been fantastic experiences!!! She got the exact blonde I was hoping for, I got a free gift both times and love the products! The hairdressers were both super chatty and fun. They both explained exactly what and how they were going to healthily give me what I wanted! I Highly recommend chatters girls for your next cut and color.

It is disappointing to see a result that you usually don’t expect to see after spending 5 hours in a salon. My hair is damaged and shopped even though I asked the hairstylist not to cut the length. I had the worse experience of my life.I hope no one goes through what I went, and do their homework before seeing someone at this salon.

My daughter was wanting to donate her hair to cancer. They treated her so well! They made her feel so special and gave her a cute cut after they cut off the breaded amount they needed to send in for wigs. Excellent work ladies!

Great service and expertise, Shonntelle did my hair and respected the length of my hair and got everything I wanted in the styling for up and down. Also have all the supplies for happy, healthy hair. Will be back.

Have had my hair cut by both Taylor and Jeanne. They are very good at what they do. Everytime I have came here for a cut I have had a good experience. I have always managed to get an appointment on short notice. I recommend!

My daughter decided to cut her hair and that she should donate it. We stopped in at Chatters to see if they had time and we found out the cut was free if she donated her hair! The gal (didn't catch her name - Taylor maybe?) did an outstanding job - she was very patient and took her time, even though it was free. She even took the time to let my daughter put her braid in a bag so it was ready to be sent away. We couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. Thank you SO much!! ❤
