Wendy is a wonderful Pilates instructor. We are fortunate to have her here in Sechelt. I have been coming to her for over 2 years. This is the longest I have ever stuck with a fitness program. She tailors each session to your individual needs. I had some injuries from dragon boating. She listened and ensured each exercise would strengthen my individual weaknesses. I would recommend Wendy to family and friends.

I think Wendy is an amazing Pilates teacher and incredibly knowledgeable on the subject. I really appreciate how she met me where I was both physically and mentally and tailored a program challenging enough for me to progress beyond what I believed possible. I am loving the results and feel this is definitely a fitness and well-being approach i want to keep long term.Her studio is also immaculate with the very best equipment.
