I have had amazing experiences with this body shop. The front desk is nice, welcoming and friendly. The body shop guy Jesse was very knowledgeable and kind. He answered all my questions and was very polite. My vehicle went into shop from damage that resulted from warranty work being done at service dept. My vehicle came out looking clean refreshed and in the shape it went into the shop, (besides items being repaired of course), if not better with the detail cleaning they did. The repairs were done no problem and looked just as new as what it did when it came of the lot. 5 stars definitely will use for any future purposes.

My car got hit at the ski hill while i wasn’t there. I called about every collision place in Vernon and the wait time to even get a quote was 3 weeks. Banister fit me in that day and my car was booked in 2 weeks later. I work a 5 on 5 off shift and am gone for the whole 5 days. They accommodated me and let me keep the courtesy car for the whole time, even tho my car didn’t need 5 days to be fixed!Donna at the front desk is a gem and Corey is very attentive and helpful.Did I mention they cleaned my car inside and out without me even asking!They also did a fantastic job and went above and beyond in fixing my car. Hopefully I never have to come back, but if I need bodywork this is where Ill be going.

Jesse and the team at Bannister Collision is amazing! And fast! They had parts ordered, installed, vehicle painted and ready for pick up within 4 business days. You would never know this vehicle was in an accident. The best part, they did all the ICBC back and forth and made it super easy for us. Drop off and pick up.We only trust Jesse and his guys when it comes to paint and auto body repair.Highly recommend these guys (and gals)!

I was very impressed with the quality of work preformed on my car!Much to my surprise my vehicle was fully detailed in and out when I returned to pick it up!The office staff was very friendly and helpful .I will definitely recommend Bannister Collision!

On one of the coldest days in December I was scheduled to take my truck to Bannister to have the front bumper replaced. Very pleasant staff greeted me and had a courtesy car all warmed for my use. How thoughtful of them. Two days later I returned to pick up my truck and there it was all clean and sparkly on the outside and to my surprise the inside was also clean and sparkly! For me the staff had gone above and beyond! To say the least I was extremely pleased and I would highly recommend this business to anyone! And a big shout out to Brad.....thank you for being so courteous!

I had an awesome experience with Banister, a team of professionals that helped me and guided me through the process of repairing my car. I didn't know what to do after someone broke my glass last week but all it took was a call and they started helping me already, especial thanks to Brad who had patience to explain to me how the claims work and got my car in for repair in less than a week, to the reception lady who came early one day to take my car, my keys and arranged for me to get a courtesy vehicle later that day, and to the repair team I didn't interact with them but they did an awesome job I'm super happy with the results.

Excellent interactions with the guy who assessed the damage, ordered the parts, etc. I got prompt answers to every question I had. They did an excellent job repairing. I liked the courtesy car they provided too.
