MaRS Discovery District

One of the nicest office buildings / public spaces in downtown Toronto. People who work here enjoy direct underground access to the nearby subway station, and it is right alongside the College streetcar as well. It has a secured bike parking area for tenants as well.Deducting a star from my rating for the lack of food court options.

Great architecture. Love the meshing of the old with new. The food court and parking downstairs is great. Starbucks cafe for the 'discerning' crowd as well. Looks like an excellent place to work.

Great concept of housing up and coming startups and workshops with a stylish and spacious layout. You can catch up on studies and read a book while keeping a good distance from noise. Or enjoy a meal without tons of voices around you. I finished half my novel on a comfy lounge chair during rainy weather. Masks required.

My dentist is in this building. It's a very beautiful building and very accessible by TTC as it's connected

Very nice place with lots of open space, tables and sitting areas for everyone to enjoy a moment, meet with someone or do some work. Unfortunately, due to pandemic it is not possible to access open space of the building anymore unless you have some business to do locally.If you happen to make it inside, and have to spend some time in the open area, it is now properly set for physical distancing, and you would enjoy much quieter environment than before pandemic started.I hope that we would be back to the opportunity to spend some more time here, and especially in the summer, they have amazing courtyard area which could be a great spot for your “outdoors office” where you can do some work on your laptop, make few phone calls or meet with someone.

I usually pass by this building when walking to Queen Park. I love it’s architecture, it looks like an old castle outside, but so modern inside with a lot of companies’s offices like Microsoft. It’s spacious with plenty of chairs and tables to have a seat after work or chat with friends. It gave the vibe of professional working area where people can meet up and discuss their business.

Modern building with excellent facilities! Starbucks, Tim Hortons, and a few more food outlets inside the building.Also, direct connection to the Queens Park subway stop on the lower level.

[Free WiFi,stable]This place is really brand new, it is extremely quiet and comfortable. It is like a little garden isolated from the city. I like to study in common area with a cup of fresh tea from tea not. Also, the wife here is stable and fast enough for me to do anything, the most important thing is the WiFi is for free.

Perfectly situated to enjoy a coffee, people watch and relax and recover as you walk around queens Park and hospital row. Public washrooms, comfy complimentary seating in a giant beautiful glass enclosed atrium

The security guard was watching videos on his phone at full volume. Not sure why he couldn't use headphones? Made it difficult to enjoy the space and get some work done.
