No one available to attend the queue of customers during a busy weekday. Till 1 and 2 were swamped with shoppers. Please hire more staff.

, the only canadapost location where they don’t know how to do a moneygram transfer that they advertise.

It's a good place to send or take my packages as well as doing grocery shopping. Staffs are usually kind. Especially, super kind & cheerful staff often works evening time I think.

These bad reviews are from Karen's and salty people. Canada post is the best postal service always go with them over ups or fedex or Purolator. Way better. They actually have locations everywhere and will deliver to your apartment

The person at the desk did a poor job of informing me, as a customer, of Canada Post services. I had a package that I wanted to arrive as soon as possible. I asked for express post, not realizing that there is an even faster service (priority), which I found out about later. The person at the desk also did not inform me about the possibility of purchasing insurance for my package (another thing I found out about later). I may have been a naive customer, but I think that the person at the desk should have given more information about services offered. I would've paid more for these extra services had I known about them.

A female staff at the desk did a poor service for me. I asked for her I want to send my passport and which envelope should I buy. She just let me to look my instruction. Isn't this your job? Isn't it your job to answer customers' questions and give some suggestions? She was very disrespectful to customer and behaved rudely. Twice I said thank you" to her and she didn't even lift her head up. She kept rolling her eyes and shaking her head. Please don't take your own bad mood out on the customer. Nester and Canada Post need to regulate your staff and train them how to be respectful."

Came to this post office instead of my usual because it would’ve been more convenient for me for this day. Went to mail something as lettermail but the staff member was insisting that it’s oversized, which is fine. However, when I simply asked why it’s oversized as I’ve never had issues with the same size letter before, instead of properly fitting the letter I was sending, the staff member was trying to show me that it wouldn’t fit by aggressively jamming my letter through the measuring board, bending it (when my letter was not to be bent). Of course it wouldn’t fit when you’re jamming the letter and making the envelope bend so it doesn’t fit the board. My main issue is the way she spoke down to me as if I was being rude to her, and saying she’d bring a manager if I didn’t believe her. I was being polite the whole time as I work customer service and like to treat others the way I like to be treated, but the staff member started speaking down to me as if it was my fault I didn’t believe her rather than politely explaining to me how to letter was oversized. I don’t like being confrontational so I said I didn’t need a manager and would go mail my letter elsewhere. Went out of my way to go back to my usual post office and was treated politely and professionally as usual without any issues. Maybe the staff member was having a bad day which is understandable but maybe don’t treat others with an attitude and rude tone at your job for something that’s not their fault?
