A wonderful place to visit any time of year to immerse yourself in wonderful art and exhibits. Tons of local and Canadian pieces. Plenty of underground parking and walking distance to the downtown core. Gift Shop on site with plenty of things to buy. There was no lineup when we visited and the kids really enjoyed it!

Absolutely incredible experience! Came in for a visit on a Thursday (free admission day) it was not too busy at all, no wait times and no large crowds. There is a great deal of art to explore; tons of local, Indigenous, and Canadian artists to appreciate! Overall an amazing experience, would definitely recommend to anyone in the area that has some free time; a very enjoyable way to spend a few hours of your day! :)

Radical Stitch is breathtaking from an artistic and historical perspective. Dont underestimate all the art this hometown gallery has to offer. Our docent Fiona, was enthusiastic and knowledgable. Great afternoon spent here!

I photographed Cori + Chris' wedding here recently and can't wait to return! The team went above and beyond to ensure my couple had an amazing time, and I enjoyed using aspects of the venue for creative portraits with the couple. As well, having Sheraton Hamilton across the street provided an efficient spot for getting ready photos followed by a short walk to the venue. Check out the AGH for your wedding day, and don't overlook the cool hallway lighting - great potential for creative wedding photographs if you lean into it.

Looking in the photo at a piece of the indigenous beading installation. It is a breathtaking display of traditional beading as cultural symbols and story telling. Included in the display are beaded items showing the skill and artistic interpretations of contemporary indigenous bead art.Don't miss it.

A beautiful Gallery with some amazing pieces. We visited on a Sunday to look at their latest gallery centered around Indigenous beading in art and it was absolutely spectacular. I would recommend paying this place a visit if you have a good appreciation for the arts.

What a great experience tonight here at the Hailton Art Gallery. My neice was performing as a model in a fashion show, my mother and I had a great time watching all the great peices being displayed.

A nice little gallery. It was extremely empty when I visited. The WV bus is absolutely amazing. Idk much about art but I love Lawren Harris and glad to see a couple of works.

A wonderful place to take visiting friends and family or poke around on your own. There is always something new. It is definitely a mature space but they occasionally host events for youngsters. Curation is some of the best in the country and has driven so many sub-movements in the city and beyond. Be sure to check out the entire gallery as everything is worth your while. From Norval Morrisseau to your new favourite (who you’ve never heard of). Plus the gift shop and purchasing gallery is amazing too!!

The recent exhibit, Radical Stitch was stunning to experience. Such a beautifully curated gallery and a hidden gem of a space. Smelled kind of funky inside though and sound really carries!
