Great store, help and service.I dealt with Shawn recently and found his professional advice regarding our project very valuable. Store has competitive pricing and very friendly staff attitude. I certainly recommend this location as I did not mind driving from Windsor to get this level of service you can rely on.This is something fairly rarely found in other ‘big box stores’.Regards. AD

I wish I could give zero stars. Was asked for a call apon delivery, didnt happen. Wife saw the delivery guy unloading the material into the shop, which I had just cleared out to be spray foam insulated that day. She then told him i wanted the material place outside the shop. He said it would be fine where he had it. After calling the office and speaking to one of the lady's to have the material moved back outside i come to find out it was the owner who had delivered the material. When i explained to him why i didnt want it there and that i specificaly wanted a call before delivery, plus my wife asked for it to be moved while he was unloading it, he said there was nothing he could do he was not coming back and that it was not financially smart of him to do so. He rather loose a customer becuase of a poor mistake on his end then waste a few bucks in gas to come fix the problem. Just plain ignorant and lazy. Won't be back.

Very disappointing service for shipping and receiving department.. came there to pick up somthing and deliver and was waiting for an hour just for someone to come even service me....dont recomend this place at all..if you ask me go to HOME HARDWARE around the corner..wish I could give 0 stars

They're excellent, very close prices to the big box stores especially when ur time and fuel are accounted for.Also you can normally get n order filled in hours not weeks like you're seeing at the big box stores.

Sauve's has been in the Belle River area for as long as I can remember. Grew up with Shawn. Always helpful and does whatever he can to help. Was critical to getting what we needed to build our business.

Very competitive prices for a smaller store for lumber and you can't beat the super pleasant staff! Danielle is the best!!

A great local lumber and hardware store. The wise man at the north counter has always given me great advice and as a collective, they get you loaded up and back to your project in a matter of minutes. My wife loves this place, she walks in, tells them what she wants me to do for her and when I get home, honey do list and materials complete!

Very friendly staff, had some stair stringers custom made and they were able to accommodate me on the same day. Excellent service.
