Worst customer service of any industry. After a data leak my financial services company offered a subscription with Trans Union. Cannot create an account. Automatically locked out. After waiting on hold for 2H20Mins they disconnected me. Next day there isn’t even a hold line. Mickey Mouse operation!

Worst customer service ever. There is an error in my file - wrong name and address. I called the customer service number for help. They give me another number to call. I call them. Guess what? They told me to call the first number! My problem is not resolved and no one is able to help. Terrible customer service.

Mediocre service, for once, I was hoping my call would be treated in India because at least I know Indians are courteous. Unprofessional employees and worst customer service ever. I now understand the ratings and reviews from Google. They deserve less than 1 star as to me. Equifax gives a better service!

Wish i could give them a zero, not only did they get my birthday wrong, they lock you out of your account easily. Good luck getting in contact with them and getting them to fix it, ive been redirected to 14 different departments and my issue still hasnt been fixed. On top of that they asked me to proivde my credit card info to verify my account and then procedded to charge me 28$. I dont know why RBC is associated with them

Don't be fooled, they are not here for the clients. They do NOT care about their clients. They do NOT want to help you. They do NOT want to talk to you. To say they offer awful client service would be an understatements. They use shameful tactics to make sure you are too discouraged to try and contact and just give up. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I've been in hold for more than 5 hours and still now answer. I was logging in to see my report and they charged me 28$ without my conscent. They hide the fees so you don't find out and then want you to wait hours so you forget and not complain. WANT MY MONEY BACK ASAP.

if i could give them 0 star i would. worst experience i had with a business. they charged me without giving me access to their services. they billed my CC 25$+txs to check the credit score, without showing me my Credit score. really dishonest and bad business. Forum are full of people like me who got charge without notice nor invoice. you should be ashamed

When you sign up, they ask for credit card info. So you think it's so they can do an accurate review of your credit score. And then they charge you and subscribe you to a monthly subscription. Sneaky and dishonest.

Fraud! Fraud! Fraud! You can’t get valid information on why the credit score drops. You follow all instructions and recommendations, pay all statements on time, spend 30% of credit limit and still lose points. Why?! The customer service has no clue, no information about calculation formula. So, they can do whatever they want with credit score and you have no chance to dispute this. Simply fraudulent company!

Transunion is the worst company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Customer service is non-existent. The phone operators are hard to understand. Any time there is an issue, it is infuriating trying to get this company to resolve the problem. Please restructure your company or do us a favor and go out of business.
