Restaurant Mai Tian

Ordered beef noodle soup, dumplings, pork buns and seaweed salad. Everything is fresh and tasty, the flavours are not overpowering. The service is very good and attentive.

Had a delicious lunch today. The decor of the restaurant is very nice. Food is great, big portions, tasty. Good service. We will return.

A hidden gem. The restaurant is lovely decorated. The food is good and price is decent. I ordered the marinated noodles. It is excellent. But it is more for Chinese as I am not sure non Asian will eat black fungus and other Asian type mushroom. The pork buns is the one I highly recommend. Crispy outside and soft inside. This restaurant deserves more publicity for sure. The decor is amazing along with fairly priced, authentic Chinese northern style noodles. I have yet to try other items on the menu, will definitely return. 100% recommend.

The portions were surprisingly generous for the prices they are charging. The bowls of noodles are so filling and the dumplings are so big compared to a lot of other restaurants. Both their vinegar and their spicy oil mix tasted great and paired so well with their different kind of dumplings. The noodles were soft and chewy which went so well with their light but flavourful beef broth. Furthermore, the toppings were well seasoned and given in great proportions compared to the amount of noodles. The porc bun was also a delight. The meat inside was fluffy and salty which made such a great contrast to the bread that was light and crunchy on the outside. My only complaint would be on their steamed dumplings. The skins were a bit too thick and the fillings were a bit dry. And, even though shrimp was supposed to be in them, we barely tasted it. Overall though, the food was quite delicious and the service was decent.

Family-owned business with authentic dishes. This is the BEST place for dumplings in Brossard. I love how their dumplings taste like my grandma's homemade dumplings! Their dough is homemade & the pork bun is heavenly: crispy bun and juicy, tender meat.

Very authentic Chinese Northern style restaurant! The Chinese hamburger is highly recommended and I really liked the different textures in the noodle dishes. Super friendly service and the atmosphere is amazing. The zhajiang noodles are a bit too salty for my taste. But I would definitely come back to try the dumplings and other dishes. The portions are generous and they provide free roasted peanuts as snacks.

We were looking for an authentic Beijing's Dumplings restaurant, we found it in Brossard.The pork bun was excellent!The soup in the beef noodle was light. But, we were surprised by the big bowl with a tiny spoon.***Be aware of their schedule:Monday: ClosedTuesday to Sunday:Open from 11h00 to 14h30Closed between 14h30 and 16h00Open from 16h00 to 21h00I don't see the necessary of the extra 30 minutes during the weekend. Therefore, I don't recommend going there after 21h00.

Another hidden gem. Beautiful northern chinese style decoration inside with comfortable seating. The food is good for the price, it may not look like a big portion but it is very filling. The baos and the chinese pies are very fresh and flavorful. Overall, another nice restaurant to be discovered.
