Dr. Rae Teixeira was excellent with my 3 year old boy for his first eye exam. She was so sweet and engaging with him. The eye exam was a breeze and he was not scared at all! I wasn’t sure how they would do the exam given he doesn’t read letters but they used pictures instead.

The email reminder of the appointment is very upbeat what to bring". My eye exam began SOON after I arrived. I really appreciated how Dr. Sebastian explained the details of the images of my eyes taken just previously. Chris offered me lots of options to choose fr. re. my new glasses. No pressure. And I left with some chocolate for my sweetie !! A great visit

it is a wonderful place. Dr Sebastian is very attentive, kind and answers any questions you might have. I have been happy getting my eyes checked by him for the past few years. I recommend them happily. I would like to see them offering discount for prescription glasses to senior patients with no insurance and that is the reason i give them 4 stars

I had an excellent experience with this optometrist! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The optometrist was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. The eye exam was thorough and I felt confident in the accuracy of my prescription. The selection of frames was great, and the staff helped me find the perfect pair of glasses that fit my style and prescription. Overall, I would highly recommend this optometrist to anyone in need of eye care services. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The staff is extremely personable, knowledgable and friendly. The whole experience was amazing and well-organized. Dr. Rae Teixeira was so wonderful. Took the time to explain my test results. Patiently found the best eyeglass prescription suited for me. All the testing is quite advanced and thorough. I felt like I had been taken care of and all my vision needs were met. I left feeling reassured that I was given the best possible results and treatment. 10 out of 10, the location is new and updated. It is very welcoming.

Dr. Sébastian is always great and professional. He's great in doing his job as an optometrist and holistic doctor. Me and my son's going there for more than 5 years and he's always happy and informative whenever we ask questions. I hope all doctors are like him, helping patients/clients to improve healthy living. And also staff was accommodating and nice.

The whole team was great. Super friendly and knowledge staff. I did the booking over the phone & it was quick and simple. They use laminated paper and a dry ease marker for screening which is eco friendly and such a great idea. The environment is clean, spacious with a nice ambiance.Secretary staff were quick, organized and great customer service.Dr. Sebastian was very friendly. Was patient and took the time to help me with all my eye concerns and all treatment options.Rose the optician helped me pick out my glasses and was very sweet.

Really aggressive with the sales here. Doc recommended some eye drops and when I mentioned I would purchase them on my own elsewhere I was lectured about making sure I get the correct one.Then during checkout the woman pushed the eye drops again. She even said the specific eye drops were hard to find. $24 for 1 small bottle. Costco sells the EXACT same drops for $17.99 and you get 2 bottles.The clinic is very modern and well run, but the aggressive sales pitches are a huge turn off. Going to the eye doctor should not feel sleazy.

Nothing but excellent experience here. My first time was pre covid and I booked a year out, that got derailed due to covid. I recently booked another checkup as I was feeling eye strain and figured I needed a new prescription. The comprehensive eye exam is truly amazing, it is so thorough and I really felt better when I left knowing my eye health was good. I needed a new prescription and new frames for work glasses, I saw Dr Teixeira and she was lovely and very helpful, she explained everything and made sure I understood. Kitty helped me with my glasses and it was simply a breeze, 5 minutes! I told her I’m no nonsense, work from home just need basic frames and she brought me a selection to try, I picked one and that was it! I’m excited for my new glasses and toldMy husband he needs to go in for an exam. I’ve already got My next appointment booked! Could not recommend more. Very friendly, quick and helpful
