This store is amazing!!! I couldn’t get over the wide range of variety in products!! The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful! Will definitely be shopping here again!

Seems like a great store , it’s a shame that it isn’t possible to try on the higher end lingerie before buying… I was told to just “know my size” but how am I supposed to do that if I can’t try on….(Won’t even let me try with my underwear underneath either!)

I had walked into the store with baby in arms, I was advised that under 18+ are not allowed in. I respectfully put babes in car with hubby and proceeded to shop. They harassed me in the store to hurry up"

I showed up 6min before they closed and was refused to be let into the store. The lady was rude about the store being open till 10 even though it wasn't 10pm yet when I was not allowed into the store. Don't recommend shopping here after being treated rudely at the door and not allowed in arriving prior to closing time. Guess I'll spend $500 elsewhere. Your loss, someone else's gain.Poor Customer service.

products are amazing, with a wide selection but service is lacking. The sales associate is extremely aggressive, short tempered, demanding, and ill mannered. Treating customers with the kind of disrespect that drives customers away. With such awful staff manning the front desk it will be interesting to see if the passion vault will continue to be in business within the next few years.Edit in response from the owner. Again they accept no responsibility for their actions no have any desire to improve or make amends. Unfortunately what you see is what you get.

Looking through the reviews I see the words “abusive” and “offensive” and “police investigation” quite a few times and it all makes sense..I got severely cut off by their vehicle on the Yellowhead, I called to ask what happened and the older man said “yeah that was me” and began to claim it was my fault.. I have a dashcam video showing he was clearly at fault but I was mostly calling for an apology.The rudeness did not stop when I told him that 3 coffees spilled all over my vehicle. His response was “you shouldn’t have coffee in your vehicle”Long story short there are lots of businesses that sell these products, maybe think twice about supporting such a rude and dangerous person.

First time here with the girlfriend and I. Mike made us feel comfortable and well informed. Store is very well kept, and clean and safe in these covid times. Can't wait to come back and get more toys. Thanks for the great service!

The staff physically attacked me and tried to drag me out of the store after being inside for less than 2min, after I had done exactly as she asked and put my mask on. Do not shop here. They employ psychos in their 60s who attack girls in their 20s.

Wonderful selection in products! Good range of stuff for light or more “intense” play. Pretty good prices too. A lot of selection that other stores just don’t have.I know the store has been having some issues with COVID restrictions and unruly customers and are on edge.We were greeted upon entry into the store and asked if we needed help.Post edited re: company response.Thank you for responding
