It has been two years (Sept 2019_ Nov.,2019) since we had WarMar at our condo to do restoration work on our flooded bathroom. To date, the work has not been completed satisfactorily, nor have we been contacted by Winmar. Needless to say we have not signed off on their work. I would not recommend them art all. There are just too many issues to list in this review.

I am writing this review on behalf of my elderly mother. She had a sewer pipe crack 4 days before Christmas which resulted in sewage and water leaking into her 26 crawl space. By 10 am the next day I was contacted by the Winmar adjuster to make arrangements to attend my mom's home. The estimate was completed 2.5 hours later and the crew arrived shortly after. The lead staff (Willie) was professional and explained what would be done as next steps. They were able to complete the initial clean-up to allow plumber to complete his work. Hi.My husband,Nathan Clark and myself, had suddenly realized we lost the twirly bird off our roof, leaving a large hole in our roof. We called winmar, and within the hour, they had sent Willie to our home. He was great, knowledgeable, and had the job done super fast.Thank you. With rain on the way. It's one thing we won't have to worry about.
