It's a bit expensive once you add all the toppings as each topping is between $3.50 to $4, But totally worth the experience if you've never had it before.

What a delicious hidden gem on Dalhousie! I had heard of a Juicy Lucy burger before and was so excited to finally try one. It was absolutely delicious! The cheese was the perfect amount inside the burger, and not at all overwhelming. The burger itself overall was just delicious and exceeded my expectations. Then there was the poutine. Oh gosh, it was really spot on. Like if I had just ordered that I would have been happy. Gravy was on point, curds were the perfect amount, just delicious. And the milkshake was made really well, not just some ice cream and milk like other places, it was made perfectly. Absolutely recommend you go there. Customer service was super friendly and patient for first timers, and the seating was quite comfortable and the place is super clean.

Visited Burger Factory earlier today with family. Tried the Juicy Lucy, Cheeseburger and Crispy chicken sandwich. Their burgers are great, however, their funnel cake was spectacular. Nice family friendly joint in downtown. Recommended.

Yes this place is on another level of quality and taste. We ordered seven different sandwiches and burgers, all of them were up to our expectations. The employees are very friendly and attentive. The place is clean and we will definitely visit them again.

It’s a great burger. The burger patty is soft and delicious, and taste healthy and fresh. The bread is soft and the ingredients are fresh. The people who work there are nice and friendly. It’s a bit overpriced, though.
