Kyro came to us as a stray dog from Egypt and was scared to walk the streets here with all the cars flying by. It took one lesson from Reanna and Kyro was full of confidence! Reanna is amazing. Our dog is a handful - dog reactive, not well mannered, and more - but she works with him to help him be his best self. She really cares about our doggo, and whats best for him, and has done wonders helping him improve.

I valued her method of training regarding positive reinforcement and came away from each session with innovative exercises to encourage my dog, Koda, to form positive behaviours. We are SO happy and recommend Reanna and Trizane Dog Service.Reanna is incredible to work with! She’s so patient with the pup and families, comes prepared and offers one-on-one personalized training. Using positive-reinforcement (which was HUGE for me!), our puppy learned puppy manors and we learned how to continue training as he grew - in a gentle manor, without punishment. Now, at almost 60lbs, he is amazing with young kids, is learning door manors when we have visitors and engages in healthy play and socialization with other dogs!

Reanna is a loving care provider who is reliable, professional and easy going. She provides photos and videos of your pets, and ensures she let's you know if she notices anything that might be out of the norm; our dogs love her. Reanna has been taking care of our dogs (coming in for a visit, feeding lunch and toileting) since 2018 when the youngest was just a baby (puppy). After 2+ years of the pandemic, the dogs welcomed her like family and trusted friend. You won't go wrong if you select Trizane for your pet care or training needs.

Reanna has been providing drop-in visits and walks for our puppy since we brought her home a few months ago. Our puppy loved Reanna right away and is always excited to see her. Reanna is very reliable and always provides detailed updates on how the visits/walks went, as well as great pictures and video. Reannas passion and care for animals definitely shows and I feel comforted knowing that my pup is in good hands while I'm away!

Reanna is excellent! She learns about your dog and its behaviours very quickly and works with you to do very personalized and customized training. Her demeanour is such that your dog is responsive to, and learns from, her in every lesson. She is the best trainer I have ever worked with and saw results from the first session. Plus she is wonderful to deal with! Lessons can be taped and session notes are provided for continued learning. She trains the dog owner! I highly recommend Reanna to those seeking serious training for their dog.

We were on the search for a puppy trainer close to home for our 8 week old golden retriever Kevin, and boy are we so glad we went with Trizane! Reanna was simply such a ray of sunshine and our little guy took to her right away. We would often say she is one of his favourite people, as he would get so excited to see her each week. Reanna is so knowledgeable, kind, patient and supportive. She really helped us with training Kevin and was always willing to communicate with us whenever we had a question.
