Small rooms; thin walls; clean but sketchy, almost like a room in haunted mental ward. Not very accessible public transit to Old Quebec.If you're here for a vacation and you're on a tight budget, think twice about this place and perhaps you want to spend a bit extra for your own comfort.At the very least, the beds are comfortable.

Simple rooms, but VERY thin walls, you hear EVERYTHING, conversations, even a chair move... Elevator never stops running. Showers are horrible, as you cannot take one without it flipping between freezing or scalding. Yes it's cheap lodging, but not worth the level of discomfort. Bring extra ears plugs

Considering the price (we paid 50CAD tax included for the night for 2 people) it's pretty good, rooms are very clean.Communal bathrooms and toilets are okay. Sleep comfort is at 4/5 as walls are really thin so you gotta bring your earplugs to sleep well.

Great for someone looking for a quiet place, downside is that there are no restaurants close by and you will need to use public transport if you don't own a car.

If I could, I would give them 0 as it was the worst place I have ever been. It was too out dated building with awful lighting and their heating was off during the cold nights and there was no personal access to the heating/cooling system. The room seems to be out of order and no one have been used it for so long as there was dust all over the place and everything was dusty. I don’t recommend it at any cost. Although it was cheaper than other options, it wasn’t comfortable even for 8 hours of sleeping.

For the price that I paid for, I knew what I was expecting. Nothing fancy, just a place to shower and lie down for the night. But it's the small little things that I really appreciate and have to give them a 5 star for that. On the table in my room, there was a basket with two bottles of water, two granola bars, and some brochures on what is there to explore in the local area. Totally didn't expect that for a place like this. The receptionist in the lobby was also friendly during the check in and check out process. The place however, is a bit dated and is in need of some upgrades but otherwise if you're looking for a cheap place to stay for the night and don't have a high expectation, this place is will do well for you.

For the price, it was what it was. A small brick room with a shower only. But it served our purpose to save a few bucks when everything was booked up elsewhere during a school offseason. But alas, there weren’t the pillow fights and drinking parties I’ve read about at these paces…

Very good quality for the price. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. You need a car as this hotel is far from Quebec City. You get what you paid for, so adjust your expectations as this is a 2.5 star hotel.
