Owner and receptionist are very friendly and patient. Took the time to review my file and sleep study results. Washroom is also very clean and modern. Ample and free parking.

Extremely fast and helpful. This is the third place that I dealt with within the year and the only place that helped me get a CPAP machine. My condition was moderate, so it’s not covered by insurance, the other places wouldn’t help without multiple doctors referrals and long wait times. DSR got me in and set up with a two week trial CPAP machine as soon as I was able to work a date around my busy schedule. BONUS: I received a much better machine (for cheaper) than the other companies.

Update Nov. 3 2022.I can honestly not say enough good thing about this company. If there's a book on how to run a business, they wrote it. Their level of service, compassion and understanding is unrivaled. I've never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a company in any industry. Their customer service should be a standard everywhere. Ryan and Alexa at Dreamsleep Edmonton are outstanding. Personable service. Ryan answers all your questions and connects with you when needed to make adjustments on your machine. They also contacted my physician and completed all the behind the scenes paperwork...very appreciated. As someone new to the sleep apnea and cpap....I feel like I am in good hands.

This is the first time I’m giving a review to a business. That is how Amazing this business is. I came in for a machine for my mom. Right away Alexa grants you with a really warm welcome atmosphere and is kind and patient. Ryan was really kind and understanding my mom wasn’t comfortable with the first machine and wanted to try the one she had when she was on trial Ryan was understanding and didn’t hesitate and told me he would call us in as soon as more similar machines were available which he did. Really kind hearted man down to earth. Everyone who works there is kind i have interacted with all three individuals and they were all nice even the other Dr was kind very welcoming 100% recommend this business to get breathing machine will receive best service.

I was in a real jam when my cpap machine died on me. Tried several other clinics to get a new one and everyone said it would take at least a month. This clinic took care of me within 3 hours! The staff is awesome, very helpful and friendly. So glad they are now taking care of my sleep needs!

I had such a good experience here, Ryan and Alexa were so willing to help and Ryan went above and beyond figuring out my insurance for me. They were always nice and patient and I was really happy with them. Definitely recommend!

Dream Sleep Respiratory is a phenomenal company. The staff are polite, knowledgeable and kind. I went to the DSR in Windemere Edmonton, and I had a wonderful experience. Once you meet Alexa, you will never shop anywhere else.

Highly recommend Dream Sleep Respiratory. Our family found ourselves in an emergency situation with my mother needing home oxygen pretty quickly.Ryan came to the hospital in the middle of the night to deliver the necessary equipment so my mom was able to return to the comfort of her own home.Thank you for everything!
