Went in and spent a long time browsing with our 8 year old, and there was a great buy 3 get 3 sale. Unfortunately, one of the items we purchased didn't get placed in our shopping bag, even though we had just paid for it, and we realized this when we got home. I called the following day to explain the situation and the girl on the phone was so kind and helpful, she said they weren't sure if they saw it left on the sales counter, but would replace the missing item anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised they offered that option to me. I was prepared to hear too bad

I have been waiting weeks for a product to come in and when I was told they'd be in I gave the store a call to discuss a hold for the day of the product to be told they didn't receive said product. Found out in a local group I'm in the product was in the store when I called and the lady did not know of the product I was speaking about so was lied to. When I called back to have the opportunity for them to make it right they were extremely rude and said they were all on hold and to call back the next day if they don't get sold I may have the opportunity to purchase.absolute poor service, and even worse product knowledge on the staff.

Made the mistake of getting my ears pierced here. If you do decide to do what I did, please don’t get the butterfly earring backings!! They are horrible when you have to switch your jewelry out. Literally SO hard to take out without being in pain. They got so irritated and swollen, I had to switch the jewelry after 3 weeks because I couldn’t handle the pain any longer. (Soon as I switched the jewelry the pain stopped and they feel almost healed.)The lady who pierced them also told me that “ear lobes don’t bleed” … They do.Honestly, just pay the money and go to a professional piercing shop with good reviews. Don’t go to Clairs for piercings.Guys seriouslyyyyy don’t!!!!!

Went to Kingsway Claire's Nov.4/22 and recieved excellent customer service from Andrea, she was very accommodating and friendly even close to closing time. She made my mom and I's Claires experience very enjoyable and relaxed. Thanks Andrea!"

Would definitely recommend this location.Liz pierced both my daughters ears on separate occasions. She was awesome, explained everything in detail and did a great job.

My niece had her ears pierced by 2 great ladies who were gentle and professional

The young lady at the till with curly brown hair and glasses (I think) was extremely unhelpful. She was talking very rudely about customers to her friend right Infront of me and I had to find another worker to help me because she would not acknowledge me. On the other hand the other girl working was nice and helpful.

Dharma is amazing there!!! She was so helpful and even kept the store open for us as they were closing, so we could finish our shopping! So impressed with her customer service, knowledge of the store and attention to details!
