Terrific customer service; they really care that they are selling the right gear.

Chris and the team at running room are generous sharing their deep knowledge of health and fitness. They aren’t trained to know, this is the world they live. This is the best running room location I’ve visited.

Chris was phenomenally helpful. He did a gait analysis and patiently walked me through several different types of shoes before I selected the ones I purchased. Thank you Chris!

Chris was SO HELPFUL ! helping me unravel the mysteries and sizing of all the new stability shoes , as I amassed a huge pile of everything in sight He was patient and knowledgeable answering all my questions and then some— Even though there were others on their own journey trying on and buying shoes !I found my fit ! Friendly and helpful staff. I wish this store could stock a few men's smaller sizes in running shoes though. As I have wide feet, men's shoes normally fit better for me. Unfortunately, the smallest size at this location is size 9. I guess I'll have to order online then.

Went to try out and compare brands to choose a new of pair of running shoes today, the store guy patiently took out the shoes I wanted to try, even though I didn’t buying them, as they weren’t a good fit for me, the guy was patient and polite. Much appreciated.

Jellisa is an incredible person with a light that brightens the room. They were knowledgeable and helped me find the shoes that would be best for my long distance running. They even showed me some stretches to help with my sore calves, feet and Achilles heels. I would go back simply because of the customer service.

Jellisa was so helpful when it came to finding me the right shoes for my gait, goals and challenges surrounding running. I learned so much from her and left feeling very confident in my purchase and next steps. I have to agree with one of the other reviews here that says they'd go back even if it's just for the customer service. Thank you!!

I came here to buy a gift for my YEA and wandered into this location looking for a specific running belt. Although the store seems small, they have expertly packed a large variety of running related clothes, accessories, and equipment.The day I went it was really quiet in the store. There was only one staff member on the floor and they were already the other customer.Their selection of running belts was quite good and it was a pretty sizeable wall dedicated to it.I did have a question about the running belt itself but the staff member wasn’t able to answer it (I wanted to know where the advertised gel loops were on the belt). They did offer to Google the answer but I think I figured it out. The service was friendly and polite nonetheless.They were able to provide me a gift receipt and I was on my way to making someone really happy for their cake day. :-)
