I was offered 4 on 4 off graveyard shifts from my Employer after a year of 4 til 12 shiftsI took a chance but was unsure if it was for me.Call inns 02:00,04:00 and final call in at 06:00.From shift one. I felt safer in the moment and now after more than a year.I look back and describe it as a friend has my back.Irena, or Irina, not sure of the spelling answers George, how are you my friend.Could a worker on there own count on anyone else that they have never met in person, to have their back.The entire staff make me feel safe working alone w/ crime and danger on going nearby.Thanks Laidies .It's like a friend helping u through the night/shift..Geo.. stay safe and healthy friends

We have used the service of this company for after hours calls for years and today upon pointing out an error in their accounting with charging us Stat holiday fees on a call that was received and dispatched on July 2nd, they refuse to make things right. We don't dispute that they should and can charge a premium for calls received and dispatched on a stat... that is a given, however to have them turn around and charge us for a call received and dispatched on a weekend that is NOT a stat day, is IMO offside. Instead of making a long time customer happy, they responded with... after consideration

I have been working nights alone for the past few weeks and Im lucky to have such great people to check up on me every 2 hours. There is one person that stands out and her name is Irene I believe. She have suck a positive attitude when she talks to you and when I answer the phone it’s alway “hello my friend”. It puts such a big smile on my face when I talk to her. Working nights alone in the middle of nowhere is kinda scary since you never know what could happen. I am so grateful to have someone to watch over me and check up on me
